Gurugram: A Bhojpuri artist was violently raped in a hotel in Gurugram. When the girl protested, she was threatened with death. The victim complained to the police about the misdeeds she had been subjected to. Upon the girl’s complaint, the police instituted proceedings against the accused and initiated investigations. The police are looking for the accused. There are efforts to do this in various places.
According to the information, the girl had contacted the accused Mahesh Pandey on Instagram. Being a Bhojpuri artist, she is very active on Instagram and frequently posts her videos and photos. The girl said that when the accused Mahesh Pandey got in touch with her, he talked about giving her a job in the Bhojpuri film industry and asked her to come to a hotel in Gurugram to do an interview. According to the defendant, when she reached the hotel in Gurugram, the defendant booked a room there and presented her with a fake ID. The girl told that Mahesh Pandey was found when she reached the room. After the meeting, he started talking to her. After that, Mahesh suddenly started drinking. When she started to leave the hotel because the defendant Mahesh had been drinking alcohol, the defendant Mahesh stopped her with threats and then violently raped her. When he protested, the defendant threatened to kill him. The victim has lodged a complaint with the police. The police took up the case and initiated an investigation.
