Fatehabad: A young man shot dead his sister’s lover in Baropal village. The young man was dissatisfied with his sister’s relationship and therefore shot his sister’s boyfriend. The youth injured by the bullet was admitted to a private hospital in Hisar for treatment. In this case, the police have registered a case against the accused and initiated an investigation. The police are looking for the accused teenager.
In the complaint lodged with the police, Mohit, a resident of Baropal village, Dhani Dharaniya Road, said that he has a DJ shop in Baropal village. He had a love affair with a girl from Kajalhedi village and both families approved of it. Their engagement should be confirmed this week. Last day she received a call from her future brother-in-law Vipul and he said he wanted to talk to her about the relationship. When he spoke to the girl, she refused to meet Vipul. The next morning, Vipul called again and asked for a meeting. He then said that he had just picked up the DJ and was going to meet him. At night he called Vipul to his DJ shop. After some time, Vipul came to her shop on a motorcycle and told her that he didn’t like this relationship.
He said that he would only get married if everyone agreed. After this, an angry Vipul spoke of killing him and his sister, took out a country-made pistol and fired a bullet at his temple with the intention of killing him. The bullet hit him below his left eye. Vipul then fled the scene on a motorcycle. He was later admitted to the government hospital in Baropal for treatment and was referred from there. The family then took him to a private hospital in Hisar where he is undergoing treatment. Mohit alleged that Vipul was unhappy with his sister’s relationship and shot at him to kill her. In this matter, police have registered a case of attempt to murder and under the Arms Act.
