Haryana: The BJP and JJP government not only gambles with the future of young people, who are threatened by high unemployment in the country, but also engages in corruption with them. About 200,000 government posts are vacant in Haryana, but instead of taking care of the recruitment of these posts, the government constantly commits frauds and frauds in the name of recruitment. The government has turned HPSC and HSSC into a corruption pit. The government uses new methods of manipulation and paper leaks. Former Prime Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda made this allegation.

He said that in the recent HCS exam conducted by HPSC, 32 questions were carried over exactly from last year’s work. In the veterinary field, too, 24 questions were copied from a recruitment test that took place in Maharashtra in 2017. This paper has become a new way to be leaked. Cheating occurs in the recruitment of Group D for HCS in the government. Earlier, the HPSC Assistant Secretary was caught in his office with a 1 crore bribe. In such a situation, it is necessary for the government to disband these recruiting organizations and conduct an impartial high-level investigation into the matter. He said that by eliminating confirmed jobs, Skill Corporation recruitment was also a vehicle for youth exploitation and corruption. The Forest Service immediately fired its staff on the grounds that the department did not have a budget. In Kaushal Nigam, thousands of youngsters play in this way. For this reason, after the formation of the Congressional government, this contracting practice will be abolished and 2000,000 vacancies will be filled.

Citing the state government’s affidavit to the Supreme Court, he said the government had completely ruined the education system. Today the situation is such that there are neither teachers teaching in the schools nor basic facilities for the children. Today, 538 schools in the state don’t even have girls’ restrooms. There are 1047 schools that don’t even have a toilet for boys. 131 schools in the state have no potable water and 236 schools have no electricity. There is no boundary wall in 321 schools. The province’s schools lack 8,240 classrooms and 5,630 other rooms. A budget of 1784 crores is required for these measures in the schools. Whilst the Government has allocated a budget of Rs 424 crore for 2023-24 i.e. Rs 1360 crore less than required. It is surprising that the budget made available to them is not fully used either. Each time, a large part of the budget is forfeited.

On the issue of farmers, he said that after rice, mustard and wheat, sunflower farmers are also concerned. Sunflower with an MSP of 6,400 rupees is being priced at 4,000 rupees per quintal due to government non-sourcing. The government does not grant MSP or compensation to farmers. More than 17 lakh acres of crops across the state have been damaged by the recent rains, but the government has only compensated about 3 lakh acres of crops, even nominally. The compensation amount transferred is not paid out in full either. He said the government doesn’t just take care of the state’s schools, hospitals and other public facilities, but is solely focused on running scams. Many scams have also been uncovered in the CAG reports in the past.
