News2News.in News. Hans:The CM Flying team raided a milk dairy near the Delhi Bridge on the National Highway on Monday afternoon and took 4 samples from the stored milk. The samples taken from the dairy are sent to the lab in Chandigarh for testing and further action is taken upon receipt of the test report.

The food safety officer Dr. Bhanwar Singh said that the CM flight team received information that adulterated and substandard milk was being prepared at the Sabar Dairy Milk Refrigeration Center on Delhi Road and that milk was being sent to a private dairy company’s factory in Rohtak. He said that CM Flying’s Sub-Inspector Kuldeep Singh and Deputy Sub-Inspector Surendra Kumar arrived at the site and inspected the milk dairy. During the inspection, stocks of 8,000 liters of milk were found at various points in the factory.

He told that milk from the village is collected in the milk dairy, cooled by machines here and sent to the Rohtak center of the Amul Company by milk tankers. The food safety officer Dr. Bhanwar Singh said four milk samples were taken by Doodh Dairy and these samples will be sent to Chandigarh lab for testing and further action will be taken after their test reports are received. He said some deficiencies were found at the dairy for which a notice was issued to the dairy operator. He said the dairy operator had a valid license to collect and distribute milk.

On the other hand, Ramniwas, a resident of Dhana Khurd, a dairy operator, said he collects milk from nearby villages and stores it in a tank, and after chilling it according to the company’s standards, it is sent to Rohtak by milk tanker with Cleanliness. He called the allegations of adulterated and substandard milk unfounded and said milk is stored and distributed with absolute cleanliness.

Kuldeep Singh, Sub-Inspector CM Flying Team and Surendra Kumar, Deputy Sub-Inspector were present on the occasion.
