Chandigarh Police: Police teams have been formed to monitor the code of conduct in Chandigarh.  Every nook and cranny is monitored.

Chandigarh Police:Chandigarh police have formed 15 teams to monitor the code of conduct related to the Lok Sabha elections. This team monitors the city around the clock. At the same time, all teams work under the leadership of DSP. A DSP leads three teams. The teams are said to be busy monitoring things such as illegal alcohol smuggling in the city, checking vehicles and the use of public funds. Speaking on the matter, SSP Kanwardeep Kaur said that if the election code is violated anywhere, the police will take strict action.

Every place in the city is monitored

The department receives daily reporting from these teams. Chandigarh police and administration do not want to get involved in any kind of controversy. For this reason, these teams are constantly informed about compliance with the Code of Conduct. All teams prepare their respective reports. Senior police officials are also continuously monitoring the report. This team works 24 hours a day in shifts of 8 hours each, keeping an eye on various locations around the city.

Neither party has named a candidate

This time, the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress are contesting the elections in alliance in Chandigarh. At the same time, Shiromani Akali Dal and BJP are contesting elections separately. But no party has yet announced its candidate. All parties are still thinking about their candidates. Bollywood star Kirron Kher became a BJP MP here twice for the last time.
