Bahadurgarh: According to information received under RTI, preparations are underway to operate a bullet train between Delhi-Chandigarh-Amritsar. A detailed project report will be created for this purpose. The National High Speed ​​​​Rail Corporation has currently denied any plan to run a bullet train between Delhi and Hisar. It was also informed that an amount of Rs 51,500 crore has been spent so far on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project.

In response to RTI activist Satpal’s application, the National High Speed ​​​​Rail Corporation admitted that preparations were being made to operate the bullet train between Delhi and Chandigarh-Amritsar. A detailed project report is currently being prepared for the operation of the bullet train between Delhi and Amritsar. However, this project has not yet received approval. Additionally, 37.38 percent of the work for running the proposed Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train has been completed as of October 31. 51,000 428 Crore has been spent on construction of Mumbai Ahmedabad Bullet Train till August 31, 2023. The remaining amount will be determined after the tender etc.
