Kaithal: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that the state government is opening medical colleges in every district to provide healthcare services to every household. The government is opening gyms and wellness centers in every village so that people do not have to go to the hospital and stay healthy through health-conscious practices in their own villages. Now, nutritionists at these wellness centers are giving people tips on how to stay healthy. The state government is taking appropriate precautions for this.

The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for the construction work of Lord Parshuram Government Medical College, to be built at a cost of Rs 950 crore on a 20-acre plot in Sampan Khedi village, while mantras were chanted. This government college will have 100 MBBS seats and a 500-bed hospital will be constructed. The goal was to complete construction work on this project in the next 30 months. He mentioned the road to be constructed from Sujma Road Bata to Chausala at a cost of Rs 167.40 lakh, road from Majra village to Rajound Poondri at a cost of Rs 175.98 lakh and mandi to be constructed in Kaithal Patti Chaudhary to be built at a cost of Rs 406.71 lakh and Rs 915.23 lakh. Also, the foundation stone was laid for the 6 Base Bus Stand project to be constructed at Patiala Road Cheeka at a cost of Rs.

He said that the state government gifted Ambala Cantonment Domestic Airport for the first Navratri and Lord Parshuram Government Medical College and Hospital for the second Navratri. Not only Haryana but also the surrounding states will benefit from this college and hospital. The construction of this college was announced in the Brahmin Mahakumbh on December 11, 2022 in Karnal. Lord Parshuram is the combination of devotion and power. He said that the previous governments had created six medical colleges with 700 MBBS seats before 2014 but now the state government has 15 medical colleges in the state in 2023 and there are 2185 MBBS seats. In the coming period 8 new medical colleges will be established including Fatehabad, Sirsa, Charkhi Dadri and Palwal and in next 3 or 4 years MBBS seats will increase 5 times to 3500. In addition, the state government is also setting up nursing colleges and paramedical colleges.

For the Group D exam, which will take place on October 21st and 22nd, the fare is free

Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that the Group D exam will be held on October 21 and 22. For this exam, road bus fare was provided free to the candidates. For this, candidates have to show their admit card. Earlier, farmers had a quota of 30 quintals plus 10 percent per hectare if the rice crop yield was good. Now this quota has been increased to 35 quintals plus 10 percent per acre. Every grain of rice is bought by the farmers and the farmers are not allowed to face any problems. If necessary, the mill quota can also be increased.
