News2News.in news. Sirsa. Strict action should be taken against those selling grains by registering someone else’s land on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal and FIR should be registered and the farmers of the district who have lodged such complaints should so be compensated as quickly as possible.

Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta said this while speaking at the review meeting on crop procurement in the mini-secretariat briefing room. ACUT Shashwat Sangwan, SDM Sirsa Rajendra Kumar, SDM Kalanwali Suresh Ravesh, SDM Dabwali Abhay Singh and other officials were present in the meeting. Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta said that so far five farmers of Sirsa district have lodged complaints related to registration on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal. In addition, proper control should be carried out while purchasing crops in every market in the district so that no one can sell the crop to another person on the basis of registration of land.

The deputy commissioner said that all SDMs should form a team and inspect the mandis and legal action should be taken against those whose negligence led to damage to the crops. In addition, the transit inspection of every vehicle entering the market should be properly controlled and there should be strict vigilance against those selling grains brought from outside. The deputy commissioner said that rice varieties available in the markets should be purchased only after proper testing and harvesting should be expedited.
