MCD officials stopped issuing NOC

Power discoms were issued no-objection certificates for issuing electricity connections. Sachdeva has said that from December 2022, MCD officials have stopped issuing NOCs.
‘Start issuing new NOCs immediately’
Sachdeva has said that the councilors of the new ruling party of MCD pressurize the officials to send unauthorized construction occupants who want electricity connection to them. He said that BJP demands Energy Minister Atishi and MCD Gyanesh Bharti to immediately start issuing new NOCs to all property owners booked for unauthorized constructions to issue electricity connections.
