Excise policy scam: Delhi High Court has given a blow to AAP leader Manish Sisodia in the Delhi liquor scam case. In fact, on Monday, the Delhi High Court refused to grant bail to AAP leader Manish Sisodia in the liquor scam case.
The High Court dismissed his petition after hearing the matter. Let us inform that earlier also the bail plea of Sisodia was rejected by the court. The court has argued during the hearing that many serious allegations have been leveled against Sisodia in the Delhi liquor scam case. In such a situation, if he is granted bail, then it is very possible that he can influence the evidence. Therefore, it would be appropriate not to provide any kind of relief to them. Please tell that from ED to CBI (CBI) is being investigated against Sisodia regarding this matter. It is being told that while the CBI is probing the alleged scam in the Delhi Excise Policy against Sisodia, the ED is probing the money laundering case against him.

Explain that other accused including Sisodia had challenged the rejection of their bail plea in the Delhi High Court.
