News2News.in News, New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA and MCD in-charge Durgesh Pathak said that AAP will present four important proposals in the MCD budget today to benefit the businessmen of Delhi. Sometimes in the name of illegal extortion and sometimes in the name of deregulating local and commercial shopping centers, the BJP has exploited the businessmen of Delhi a lot. I request all the councilors of BJP to support us on these four proposals in the house tomorrow. On the other hand, AAP leader Mukesh Goyal said that Kejriwal had promised at the time of election that he would get rid of Delhi traders from ceiling, conversion fee, parking fee etc. Under this, these four proposals are being brought. Today, after passing all the four proposals in the House, we will maintain a constant momentum on how future plans can be implemented.

In the press conference organized in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, Durgesh Pathak said that our councilors Praveen Kumar and Sunil Chadha are bringing the first proposal. There was a large scale sealing of local and commercial shopping centers in Delhi. When this matter reached the Supreme Court, the court formed a judicial committee under which this matter has been going on for the last several months. Unfortunately, whenever a lawyer was produced by the BJP-ruled MCD at that time, he always used to speak against the traders. Because of this the ceiling could never be opened. Therefore, according to this proposal, now the lawyer of MCD will speak in favor of the traders in front of the Judicial Committee. Will talk in favor of opening the entire ceiling.

Ravinder Bhardwaj and Rekha are coming with the second proposal. Nowadays, many types of fees are being extracted including conversion. At the same time, it has been said in the second proposal that the house will order the commissioner not to send further notices. While our third proposal is being brought by councilors Prem Chauhan and Devendra Kumar. In the recent past, several notices have been sent in the name of conversion charges. Under the third proposal, no action should be taken against those to whom these notices have been sent.

The fourth and most important proposal is being brought by our Leader of the House Mukesh Goyal and Mohani. According to this proposal, MCD has no authority to send notices to all the local and commercial shopping centers in Delhi. That’s why no notice should be sent here in future. Until the Municipal Corporation of Delhi makes a policy, no action will be taken in any case. Traders will benefit after having these four proposals. He further said that I urge all the councilors of BJP to support these four proposals.
