Raipur- The inauguration of the new Parliament House was done by PM Modi, due to which a situation of protest has been going on in Chhattisgarh for a long time. The Congress is constantly attacking the BJP saying that the new Parliament House should be inaugurated by President Draupadi Murmu. At the behest of Congress leader Vinod Tiwari, the youth came out on a water satyagraha at Telibandha pond in Chhattisgarh. While raising objections on this, former minister Rajesh Munat said that after the British, has the Gandhi family taken the contract for the country? If any other politician works for the country, then why does the Congress have stomach ache. Former Minister Moonat said that, is the country incomplete without Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi? Also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been elected by the people to serve the country. Then why is the Congress facing so much trouble on the inauguration of the Parliament House.

Not getting the inauguration done by the President…very shameful- Tiwari
Attacking the Modi government, Congress leader Vinod Tiwari said that he himself has done the inauguration to win the elections and take advantage of votes. President Ram Nath Kovind was not invited even while laying the foundation stone of the new Parliament House and now President Draupadi Murmu has not been invited to inaugurate the new Parliament House. This is very shameful, Parliament House is considered to be the temple of democracy. So shouldn’t this building be inaugurated by His Excellency? When there is a demand in the whole country that the new Parliament House should be inaugurated by President Draupadi Murmu, then why is it not being done.
Constitutional power rests with the President…Then why did the PM inaugurate
Congress leader Vinod Tiwari hit out at the BJP, saying that, under the Constitution, the executive power of the Union of India rests with the President. It becomes clear from Article 53 that, this right is under the President of India. Including PM. On the basis of Article 299, which the Government of India signs, it should be in the name of the President. That’s why every work for the construction of the new Parliament House should be in the hands of the President.
Water Satyagraha of Congress…
Because of not getting the President to inaugurate the new Parliament House, the opposition leaders said that it is an insult to the President. On this issue today, under the leadership of leader Vinod Tiwari, Congressmen are seen protesting at Telibandha pond. All of them did water satyagraha at Telibandha pond at 11 am today. During this, many youths stood in the water for hours and were seen raising slogans.
