Khairagarh. Tulsi Jayanti celebration and Doha-Chaupai singing competition was organized in the Hindi department of Indira Kala Sangeet University, Chhattisgarh. This program was inaugurated by Dean Prof. Dr. Kashi Nath Tiwari, Head of Department Prof. Rajan Yadav, Prof. Mridula Shukla, Dr. Devmait Minj and the jury performed the ceremony by lighting the lamp.
