Raipur. Bhupesh cabinet meeting was held today in the committee room located in the assembly premises. The cabinet has approved the Journalist Protection Act. Also the Land Revenue Code Amendment Bill was approved. The cabinet has also given green signal to the salary and allowances amendment bill of MLAs. At the same time, the cabinet has approved other bills to be kept in the house. The cabinet has also decided to make Commonwealth silver medalist Aakarshi Kashyap as Deputy Superintendent of Police. Saba Anjum, the captain of the Indian women’s hockey team, was also made Deputy Superintendent of Police in a similar manner. In this way, Aakarshi Kashyap is the second player who has been given this position by the state government.
