Students protested on Wednesday regarding various demands. While students sat on strike at Kushabhau Thakre Journalism and Mass Communication University demanding water, NSUI submitted a memorandum to the District Education Office to conduct the quarterly examinations later. Demand for removal of hostel superintendent

During the demonstration, the students said, we are living the life of animals. Nobody cares about us. The students also submitted a memorandum to the Vice Chancellor demanding the removal of the hostel superintendent. Gulshan Ratre, a hostel student, said, we are facing problems. Instead of studying, they are busy fulfilling their water needs. No concerned officer comes to take stock. Following the instructions of the Vice Chancellor, the valve along with the water motor was also improved.
