Raipur. Before the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, the BJP has suffered a major setback. Senior BJP leader and former MP Nandkumar Sai suddenly resigned on Sunday night. After Nandkumar’s resignation, former State President Vishnudev Sai and State Organization General Secretary Pawan Sai tried to persuade, but Nandkumar did not listen to them. All these leaders had reached Devendra Nagar’s bungalow i.e. Nandkumar’s house. But after going there it was found that he is in Delhi. Went to his house and discussed with Sai’s son for about 2 hours.
Late night Nandkumar Sayy put a post on his social media and wrote that my image and dignity has been hurt. There was no option but to resign. Amidst all this, the Congress government has decided to hold a meeting with the leaders at 10.30 am today. During this, CM Bhupesh Baghel will also visit Congress Bhavan. Speculations are rife that Nanderkumar may join the Congress party.
