Raipur. CM Bhupesh Baghel has spoken his heart out during the convocation ceremony of Hemchand University. Expressing his desire, he said that my PG is not completed. Now I think that I should do PG, but I am afraid that if the marks are less then the children will say that the Chief Minister’s marks are less.
Foundation Day Celebrations…
Let me tell you, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel attended the 8th Foundation Day function of Hemchand Yadav University, Durg. During this he was given an honorary title. This title was given to the CM for environmental protection and welfare of the society. When CM Baghel was selected for PhD, the Chief Minister asked the university administration why you have given me an honorary degree. Because I haven’t even done PG yet.

Degrees were awarded to 13 PhD researchers and gold medals to 135 students at the convocation ceremony of Hemchand University. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was given doctorate degree in this function. Apart from this, Pandwani singer Padma Shri Usha Barle, who has been practicing art for 47 years, was given an honorary title. Along with this, the Chief Minister gifted the new auditorium to Hemchand Yadav University. This gift is worth 12 crores.
