Minors have been recovered from the district including Surajpur, Raigarh, Maharashtra and Jharkhand by the special police team. In 5 cases of missing minors, police have arrested 5 accused and sent them to judicial custody. The recovered minor boys and girls have been handed over to their relatives.

During this, 13 missing minor girls and boys have been recovered under Gunj Abhiyan within a month. The recovered minors include 12 girls and 1 boy. Police has also arrested 5 accused in 5 cases of missing minors.
