Yashwant Ganjeer-Dhamtari. Sensation spread after the dead body of a newborn baby was found in the water of the pond in Bagaud village of the district this morning. The relatives have lodged a report in the police station expressing the apprehension of murder. After which the police has started investigation.
According to the information received, people saw the dead body of a one-week-old newborn baby boy wrapped in a cloth inside the water at around 6 am on Tuesday morning in Bagaud village under Kurud police station. TI Deepa Kenwat told that Harish Banjare’s wife in the village has given birth to her second child a week ago. With whom she slept in her room on Monday night. Meanwhile, at around 2 o’clock in the night, went to get fresh. When she returned, the child was missing from her bed. Due to which his senses flew away. While searching for whom the relatives and villagers found the dead body of the newborn in the morning. which has been thrown into the water. Police is investigating by registering a case.
