The whole matter pertains to Palari Nagar Panchayat of Balodabazar district.
The matter came to light when the surviving brothers met after ten years at the funeral of the wife of another younger brother, Santosh. Then he went and told his elder brothers that, after making a fake death certificate of his death, younger brother Vinod and mother had sold the land in their name to a leader living in the neighborhood. Whereas the leader was also prohibited from buying the land by giving information about your survival. But the leader’s determination was shaken after getting the priceless land at the price of a penny and he bought the land after knowing everything.
The land was bought in the name of the children, then what happened
Applicants Pramod and Pradeep have complained about this whole matter to Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Jha. It has been stated in the complaint that Late Shiv Shankar Gupta, father of Pramod Kumar Gupta and Late Shiv Shankar Gupta, father of Pradeep Kumar Gupta, who live in both Palari and UP. Now the issue is that, Shivshankar settled in Palari many years ago and bought land in the name of his children by doing this shop. Meanwhile, Shivshankar died in UP in 2009. Where his two elder sons Pramod Gupta and Pradeep Gupta live. While Shivshankar’s wife Shyama Devi and sons Vinod and Santosh live in Palari. After the death of the father, the manipulation of property started. In the greed of property, younger brother Pramod killed him alive by making proof of death.

Officials are circling…
Pramod and Pradeep are now going round the officers’ office with their own survival certificate.
