Yashwant Ganjeer / Dhamtari- A case of fraud has come to light by printing fake royalty book from Sargi sand mine under Magarlod police station of Dhamtari district of Chhattisgarh. On the complaint of Mineral Branch Dhamtari, the police has investigated and arrested an accused of Bhilai who illegally booked fake royalty. Please tell, Jitendra Kumar Mandal, 38, is a resident of Kohka Shanti Nagar. This is the case of Thana Supela near Ganesh Saraswati temple in Bhilai.
According to the information, in village Borsi, in favor of Shalini Singh, by issuing permission for temporary storage of sand, fake royalty books of 1551395 and 1551396 have been printed. Whereas the lessee Jitendra Kumar Mandal and his employees Rag Tandi, Sachin Jadhav, Rajkishore Singh have done illegal sale. On receiving the complaint, action has been taken by the station in-charge Magarlod under the leadership of SDOP Kurud Krishna Kumar Patel.
Trying to hide the evidence.
When the police searched the Sargi sand mine, there was an attempt by the accused to hide the evidence. The concealment of the forged royalty passes and seals was done with a view to conceal the evidence. Which is related to the section 201 episode. On observation of the sale register of Sargi sand mine on March 14, the accused gave sand to BKT Company’s vehicle number CG 09 AT 7393 with raw royalty and fraud was done by taking fake royalty pass number 1551395, although sections 420, 201, 34 Action has been initiated under But Sevak Ram Tandi, Sachin Jadhav, Rajkishore Singh have been given bail on the instructions of the High Court.
