The honorarium of Anganwadi workers, assistants, cooks, Mitanin, Kotwar, village Patel, home guards, social security pensioners, presidents and members of Gothans, sanitation workers, etc. has been increased. Provision has been made in the budget for 218 major irrigation schemes, 75 for medium irrigation and 840 for minor irrigation, 598 for anicut-stopdam and 256 for flood control in the budget. A provision of 600 crores has been made in the budget for farmers for irrigation under Saur Sujala Yojana. A provision of 50 crores has been made for the solar power plant under the PM Kusum scheme.

Student Shreyanshu Kaushik said, Chhattisgarh government has given a big relief by announcing unemployment allowance for the educated unemployed. Unemployment allowance at the rate of Rs 2500 per month will be given to youths aged 18 to 35 years, whose family’s annual income is less than two lakh 50 thousand, registered in the Employment and Registration Center. For this, a provision of Rs 50 crore has been made in the budget. Along with this, there is talk of starting Chief Minister Higher Education Promotion Scheme for education in medical, engineering and professional courses for ST, SC and OBC youth of the state. 100-100 seater boys and girls hostels will be opened in Raigarh and Rajnandgaon districts along with each divisional headquarters. The amount given under the scholarship and food assistance scheme has been increased. In the budget, a provision has been made for the construction of hostels in Kota Rajasthan for the students of Chhattisgarh going to Kota Rajasthan for coaching before the entrance examination of medical and engineering.
