A house is being constructed by illegal encroachment on the precious government land located in ward number one of Nagar Panchayat in Sitapur district of Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh. The encroachment continues even after the people of the ward lodged a protest and the administrative officials refused. Illegal encroachments are fearlessly encroaching on the government administration. Due to which a situation of confrontation is being created in the ward.
Let us tell you that in Nagar Panchayat Ward No. 1, encroachment is being done on the valuable government land in front of the government dairy farm. The encroachers are outsiders who are building houses by encroachment with the help of local people. Taking advantage of government holidays on Saturday and Sunday, the encroachers started construction work on the government land. So that he can avoid administrative action due to being on leave. Opposing the encroachment by outside elements, the residents of the ward informed the Tehsildar along with the SDM about the matter. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the SDM immediately sent the Naib Tehsildar along with the police force to the spot and directed them to stop the work. Reached the spot along with the police force.
Houses being built by illegally occupying government land
Naib Tehsildar RS Pankra stopped the construction work while preventing illegal encroachment. During this, a scuffle also took place between the encroachers and the officers present on the spot. After this the encroachment on government land was stopped. After some time, as soon as the officials left, the encroachers started illegal construction work on the government land with full force. Despite the refusal of SDM Tehsildar, they are fearlessly doing illegal construction work on government land on a war footing, defying the administration. Due to which there is a lot of resentment among the people. An unpleasant situation can arise there anytime. Naib Tehsildar RS Pankra said that illegal construction work will be stopped. Illegal occupation of government land will not be allowed. Sanctioning action will be taken against those who violate it.
