Let me tell you, IAS Vijay Dayaram is a resident of Karnataka. Some time back he was posted in Bastar district. According to information, Badal Academy was established to save Bastar’s folk art and culture. Now a recording studio has also been made in this Badal Academy. The first Halbi song was recorded in this studio. Which is sung by Collector Dayaram himself.
