Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai reached the ministry located in Naya Raipur on Friday afternoon. First of all, he took a review meeting related to the health department, in this meeting, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that all the citizens of the state should get quality health service, to monitor it he asked Chief Secretary Amitabh Told Jain. Additional Chief Secretaries Renu Pillai and Subrata Sahu were also present in this meeting.
Said to promote 108 service and generic
Chief Minister Sai has told the health department officials that emphasis should be given on ambulance service 108 and the services being run for mental health. Make sure that the stock of medicines is completely available in all the hospitals. He has also given instructions to promote the use of generic medicines.
Photos of former CM will be removed from Dhanwantri Medical Store
According to sources, there may be a change in the format of Dhanwantri Medical Store. There are around 200 such generic medicine stores in the state. The Congress government had installed pictures of Bhupesh Baghel in these shops, these will be removed. During this meeting, Health Department officials informed the Chief Minister about the plans of the department. The officers also kept giving detailed details about the schemes being run in the previous government and their impact. Deputy CM Vijay Sharma and Arun Sahu were also present in the meeting.
