Raipur. The results of the assembly elections of five states of the country are to be declared on December 3. Chhattisgarh is also included in these electoral states. Voting was held in two phases in Chhattisgarh. Including both the phases, the total voting percentage here was 76.31 percent, which was marginally lower than the previous election i.e. 2018 (76.88). In the first phase, elections were held on 20 seats in Bastar and Rajnandgaon region, while in Phase 2, voting was held on the remaining 70 seats. Before the election results, the stir has intensified between both the ruling Congress and the opposition party BJP. There are 90 assembly seats in Chhattisgarh, out of which Congress claims that it will win 75 seats. At the same time, BJP is also claiming to form the government with sufficient majority.
