The list will also be released after finalizing the names. This meeting has not taken place yet.
On August 17, BJP had announced the first list of 21 candidates from Chhattisgarh for the assembly elections to be held in the state this year. Since then, there has been continuous speculation and efforts to release the second list. On the day BJP’s Parivartan Yatra started on 12th September, the state officials were suddenly called to Delhi. On this night, a meeting was held at the residence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, but the meeting of the state officials with the Central Election Committee could not take place. They were sent back because there was a meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Raigarh on 14 September.
Will be released after the meeting of the Central Election Committee
Till now no meeting of the officials of the state BJP organization has been held with the Central Election Committee. BJP’s Parivartan Yatra will come to a close on Tuesday. After the road show in Raipur and arrival in Bilaspur, the Yatra will be concluded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 30. The journey will come to a halt after tomorrow. In such a situation, there is a possibility that there may be a meeting of state officials with the Central Election Committee in Delhi on 27th or 28th September. The list will be released after the meeting. If the meeting cannot be held now, then the list will be released only when the meeting takes place. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Bastar on October 3. In such a situation, the list will be released only after October 3.
