The woman who was seriously injured by the beating has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. Actually, the whole matter is of Tendupara village of Pendra police station area, where Jaywantari Bharia had gone to her brother’s house in the evening to tie Rakhi. When she reached home late at night after tying Rakhi to her brothers, her drunkard husband Rangeelal got so enraged that he beat her severely with sticks. The woman, who was injured by her husband’s beating, was admitted to the hospital for treatment by the people around. After which the matter was informed to the police, the police recorded the statement of the woman and arrested the accused husband.
