Two soldiers who were on a search operation against Naxalites in Aranpur area of ​​Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh were injured after being hit by a pressure IED planted by Naxalites. The condition of one of the injured soldiers is critical. His name has been revealed as Roshan Nag from Bastar Fighter. Gambhir jawan has been airlifted from Jagargunda to Raipur for better treatment.

Dantewada SP Gaurav Roy, while confirming the incident, informed that a joint force of DRG, CRPF 231 battalion Kamarguda and Bastar fighter personnel was out on a major operation against Naxalites in Aranpur area. Today, during this search operation, Bastar Fighter jawan Roshan Nag’s foot fell on a pressure IED near Bangpal. After which the injured soldier was given initial treatment at the incident site itself and airlifted from Jagargunda directly to Raipur Ramakrishna Hospital for better treatment. The other jawan has a very minor injury which has been treated here.
