Dantewada. In Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada district, a massive fire broke out in a truck full of Tendupatta on late Saturday night. The truck was loaded with 380 bags of Tendupatta, which has been gutted. The driver somehow saved his life by overturning the truck. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and got involved in the investigation. At the same time, the police officers are telling that the fire started due to short circuit. The case pertains to Roje village under Geedam police station area.
It is being told that the Forest Department has made a temporary Tendupatta godown in Roja. In this godown there was Tendupta of Barsoor Samiti and Bade Tamnar Samiti. Where the godown is built, the power line has also come out from above it. Police is probing from this angle as well.
