The ruckus on the occasion of Ram Navami in Bihar is not taking the name of stopping yet. Now a new case has come to the fore in this episode. A bomb blast took place on Saturday evening in Sasaram town of Rohtas district of Bihar. In which 6 people were injured. All were admitted to the nearby hospital for treatment. After this all the injured have been referred to BHU Hospital. After this incident, the police have arrested two people and recovered a scooty from the spot.
Firing in Paharpura area of Biharsharif
Once again violent clashes were witnessed in Bihar on Saturday. Three people were injured due to firing in two areas here. After this, these people were admitted to the hospital for treatment, where one of the injured died during treatment. According to media reports, clashes took place in Paharpur area of Bihar Sharif and Khasganj area of Sohsarai police station area. After fresh violent clashes in Bihar Sharif on Saturday night, Nalanda DM Shashank Shubhankar said the situation in the district was peaceful and under control. Section 144 has been imposed to prevent mobs. I appeal to the public not to pay heed to rumours.
Many people arrested so far
According to the Bihar Police, a total of 80 people have been arrested so far in connection with the violent clashes between groups following Ram Navami celebrations in some parts of the state. Those arrested include 18 people involved in the violent clashes in Sasaram. Along with this, the police said that strict action will be taken against all of them.
Amit Shah’s visit to Sasaram canceled
Violent clashes broke out between two groups after the Ram Navami procession in Sasaram on Friday. To maintain the law and order situation, the authorities imposed prohibitory orders under section 144 of CrPC in Sasaram city. Following which Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who was to attend a function in Sasaram town, canceled his visit to Sasaram.
