Bihar Crime: Bihar Police has stepped up action in view of the increasing cases of cybercrime. In this episode, the Bihar Police has arrested 21 cybercrime criminals from Nawada district. 10 Android mobiles, 4 notebooks, 11 prepaid mobiles and 256 pages of customer ID have been recovered from the criminals.
According to media reports, Bihar Police has arrested 21 criminals who committed cyber crimes yesterday i.e. Thursday night. Giving information about the case, the police said that we had received information that some people in Adampur village of Warsaliganj police station area are cheating each other by calling. Based on the information received, the police surrounded the area and started raiding. In this sequence, the police noticed that some people were calling an unknown person and asking him for information related to the documents related to the bank by coaxing him. On seeing this, the police immediately nabbed the criminals.
Nawada SP Ambareesh Rahul said that we had received information that people of a village do the work of cheating people by committing cybercrime. Based on the information, a team was formed to nab the criminals. After this, a raid was conducted at Mama Bagicha located in Adampur village and 21 criminals were arrested from the spot.
