Let us tell you that ten days ago an amendment was made in the Bihar Police Jail Rules 2012 by the Bihar government. In this amendment, by removing some words from a section related to life imprisonment, the Law Department of the State Government has made the way for the release of these people easier.
Late IAS’s wife T Uma Devi expressed grief
On the release of Anand Mohan, late IAS G. Krishnaiah’s widow T Uma Devi has expressed grief. He said that I am not feeling well. He said that he had killed an honest officer. He didn’t get the punishment he deserved. Uma Devi said that everyone should oppose her release. T Uma Devi has sought the intervention of the President and the Prime Minister in the matter. Along with this, there has been a demand to stop the release of Anand Mohan.
Sushil Modi raised the question
Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi has raised questions regarding the release of Anand Mohan and the decision to release 26 other criminals. He asked that it is not right to amend the law for criminals, this decision has been taken to help and take advantage of the Lok Sabha elections.
