After the release of Anand Mohan, Padma, daughter of the then District Magistrate of Gopalganj, G. Krishnaiah, said that it is a matter of great sadness for us to release Anand Mohan Singh from jail today. The Government of Bihar should think again on this decision. Padma further said that I request Nitish Kumar to reconsider this decision. The government has set a wrong precedent by releasing Anand Mohan. Not only this, it is only a matter of one family, but it is a matter of injustice for the whole country. He further said that we will appeal against this decision in the court.
