World Food India 2023: The second edition of World Food India 2023 is being organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries from November 3-5, 2023 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. It will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. At the same time, it will be concluded by President Draupadi Murmu. This information was given by Union Minister Prahlad Patel. It will be organized at Bharat Mandapam located at Pragati Maidan.

Union Minister Prahlad Patel said that the success of this event is the result of PM Modi’s foresight. He said that this event will give a platform to the advanced food traditions of India at the global level. In this, participants from more than 75 countries around the world will come together and showcase their artistic skills. Prahlad Patel further said that commemorative stamps and coins will also be unveiled on this occasion. During this, President Draupadi Murmu will deliver the concluding speech on 5th November.
The Union Minister said that representatives of the food processing industry, policy makers, investors, entrepreneurs and academicians have been invited to this international level program. The objective of this event is to promote investment opportunities in Indian food culture and food processing industry. Giving information about this three-day event, he said that during this period conference sessions, round table conference, exhibition, meetings of various levels, food street and theme based programs will also be organized. This will provide an opportunity to the food traditions of India and the world to know each other.
950 representatives from 81 countries will participate
The Union Minister said that buyers and 950 delegates from about 81 countries will participate in this three-day program. At the same time, in World Food India 2023, there will also be round table meeting with the Prime Minister, round table meeting with the Commerce and Industry Minister, round table meeting with the Finance Minister, joint round table meeting with the Minister FPI Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry and Dairy. .
