Industry Ratna Award: Industrialist Ratan Tata has been honored with the Maharashtra Government’s ‘Udyog Ratna’ award today. Ratan Tata was felicitated by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar at his residence. This award ceremony is to be held in Maharashtra on August 20 ie Sunday, but he will not attend the ceremony due to ill health. That’s why the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and both the Deputy Chief Ministers have personally honored him by visiting his residence.
Maharashtra Government has decided to start the prestigious Udyog Ratna Award from this year, which will be given to eminent persons. The Maharashtra Udyog Ratna Award aims to honor those individuals and groups. Who have played a significant role in Maharashtra’s trade, industry, education, real estate, tourism, financial services, fashion, electronics, agriculture, banking, IT, food, healthcare and other sectors.
