At that time Justice Trivedi had asked where was the MRI report of Minister Senthil Balaji. After this, the Supreme Court adjourned the case related to the bail plea of ​​Senthil Balaji till 28 November. In the hearing held today in this case, the Supreme Court rejected the bail plea of ​​Minister Senthil Balaji and said that bail cannot be granted on medical grounds.

Bail petition can be considered only on merit and not on medical grounds. The bench also directed defense minister Senthil Balaji to file a regular bail plea in the trial court. After this, the bail petition on behalf of Minister Senthil Balaji was withdrawn.
