After this the smoke spread. During this time, the MPs present in the House caught the accused and handed them over to the security personnel. Apart from this, two people were also caught protesting and sloganeering outside the Parliament House. These four accused have been arrested by the police. The accused have been identified as Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan, Neelam and Amol. The investigating agencies are interrogating all of them.
