Rahul Gandhi has got 12, Tughlaq Lane Bungalow back again. The bungalow was snatched from him after he lost his membership. The Housing Committee of the Lok Sabha had issued a notification in the matter. As per the rules, an MP is given up to 400 kiloliters of water and up to 50,000 units of electricity free of cost every year, for which he does not have to pay any charges. All these bungalows are allotted by the Housing Committee of the Lok Sabha.

Earlier, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had visited Wayanad on April 10, 2023, 16 days after his Lok Sabha membership.
