District Congress Committee meeting is going to be held on August 12 and 13, in which Rahul Gandhi will be present. The Kerala Congress leader said that a very warm welcome would be given to Rahul Gandhi in Wayanad and preparations have already been started and completed.
Rahul Gandhi gets Tughlaq Lane bungalow back
Rahul Gandhi has got 12, Tughlaq Lane Bungalow back again. The bungalow was snatched from him after he lost his membership. The Housing Committee of the Lok Sabha had issued a notification in the matter. As per the rules, an MP is given up to 400 kiloliters of water and up to 50,000 units of electricity free of cost every year, for which he does not have to pay any charges. All these bungalows are allotted by the Housing Committee of the Lok Sabha.
Went to Wayanad a few days after snatching the Lok Sabha member
Earlier, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had visited Wayanad on April 10, 2023, 16 days after his Lok Sabha membership. Then he said in a public meeting here that my membership of Parliament has been taken away. My house was taken away, but all these things do not affect me. Also, they said that even if they put me in jail, I still can’t stop asking questions.
