Swarved Mahamandir in Varanasi: The doors of the world’s largest meditation center Swarved Mahamandir have opened today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Swaraveda Temple in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. On the second day of his Varanasi visit, the PM inaugurated this huge seven-storey temple along with UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In this, 20,000 people can sit at a time for meditation. What is the specialty of the temple
This particular temple has seven floors. The temple has amazing carvings. A dome of a lotus with 125 petals has been specially designed on the top of the temple. This temple has seating arrangements for 20,000 people. This temple is spread over an area of 3 lakh square feet. There are 3173 verses on vowels written on the walls of the temple. The walls of the temple are made of Marakana marble. 600 construction workers built the massive structure of this temple under the supervision and guidance of 15 engineers. The roof and doors of the temple are made of teak wood. There are 101 fountains in the temple. The walls of the temple are made of pink sandstone. There is a beautiful garden of medicinal plants in the temple premises. This temple is located in Umraha, 12 km from Varanasi city.
