Credit given to Rishabh Pant

After his innings, Kishan credited Rishabh Pant for helping him with the bat. Ishan said after the day’s play, “Before coming here, I was in NCA. I was practicing there and Rishabh (Pant) was also there for his rehab. He just told me some points. He asked me, do you know about the bat position and everything?” Ishan said, “Pant helped me with my bat position and everything. So, I think I also wanted someone to tell me a few things about my batting and it was a great time for him to come and have a chat with me. I am really thankful to Pant for that.”

The BCCI has also shared the video of Kishan’s remarks on social media, tagging both Kishan and Pant. Watch the video here…

Meanwhile, Rishabh Pant is recovering from injuries sustained in a car accident in December last year. While he has already missed a few tournaments this year, Ishant Sharma in a recent statement said that he might miss next year’s IPL as well.
