A boat overturned in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. About 12 people are said to be missing in the accident. All the missing people are family members of head constables in Andhra Pradesh Police. According to media reports, Andhra Pradesh A major accident took place on Sunday while taking a boat ride in the Avuku reservoir in Nandyal district. Suddenly the boat overturned due to strong current, in which about 12 people went missing. After getting information about the incident, the NDRF team led by the district administration has reached the spot. Skilled divers have been launched inside the reservoir, who are working to find the missing people. At present, nothing has been known about the missing people. State Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has ordered the administrative officers of the district to keep vigil on the incident.

Even before this, a boat accident had happened in Andhra Pradesh. During that time, about 12 people had died after a boat capsized in the Godavari river. Along with this, he had also announced a compensation of 10 lakhs to the families of those killed in the accident.
