Explain that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India has reported irregularities of Rs 12,024 crore in the expenses incurred by BMC between the month of November 2019 and October 2022. Regarding this, BJP MLA Amit Satam made a formal complaint to CM Shinde and demanded a SIT probe into the matter.
