Pakistan Blast News: A major accident has occurred on Wednesday i.e. today due to the explosion of a rocket launcher shell in Sindh province of Pakistan. 8 people including 5 children have died tragically in this accident. At least 5 people have been seriously injured in the incident. According to media reports, the rocket launcher shell was found by children in the field. They considered the sphere to be a toy and brought it home. After some time the shell suddenly exploded. The sound of the explosion reached far and wide, causing panic in the area. After receiving information about the incident, the local administration reached the spot. There is a rush of local people at the incident site.

Statement of SSP of Kandhkot

Giving information about the incident to the media, Kandhkot Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rohail Khoso said that the incident took place in a house in Ghoda Ghat in Kacha (river) area. While playing, the children had brought the rocket launcher shell from the field to their home. After this they started playing with the ball, due to which the ball exploded. He said that the people injured in the accident have been taken to the hospital. Investigation has been started to find out where this shell came from.

Acting Chief Minister of Sindh province asked for reports.

As soon as information about the matter was received, Acting Chief Minister of Sindh province Maqbool Bakar took cognizance of the incident of explosion of rocket launcher shell. He asked for a detailed report regarding this from Inspector General (IG) Dr. Rifat Mukhtar. The CM of Sindh province told the IG, “Was a cache of weapons being smuggled in the raw areas? Are there helpers of dacoits present in the village? A detailed report should be submitted on this.”
