INS Sumedha has left for Jeddah in Saudi Arabia from the port of Sudan with these people. From there he will be brought to India by plane. This will be the first batch to come to India.

More than 3,000 Indians stranded

According to media reports, around 3,000 people are stranded in Sudan. The Government of India has taken up the task of evacuating them. India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar tweeted that Sudan (Sudan) The Government of India is committed to provide all kinds of assistance to help the stranded Indians. He added that two Indian Air Force C-130J are currently stationed in Jeddah.
