ASEAN-India Summit News Live Updates: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Indonesia on Thursday morning to attend the ASEAN-India and East Asia Summit. PM Modi, who reached Jakarta, was given a grand welcome by the people of the Indian community. The summit will assess the development of relations between India and ASEAN and determine the future cooperative partnership. Modi met members of the diaspora, who welcomed the prime minister with flowers and Indian flags. The Prime Minister was also seen interacting briefly with several people from the Indian diaspora in Jakarta. He was also seen adjusting a child’s cap. The expatriate members also took selfies with Modi.
