Pakistani officials said that incidents of lightning were mainly seen in Sialkot and Sheikhupura districts of Punjab province. People are going to get relief from the scorching heat and heat stroke due to this rain. The National Disaster Management Authority also alerted the people saying that the ongoing heavy rains in the country could also lead to flash floods. In the year 2022 also there was a sudden flood due to heavy rains in Pakistan. In this, 1,739 people died, while more than 8 million people were displaced. During this, Pakistan had lost properties worth US$ 30 billion.
