The CNG variant of the Swift car is powered by a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, twin jet engine, which generates 89Ps of max power and 113Nm of torque. The company claims that the car gives a range of 39.90 km/kg. The hatchback is only offered with a manual gearbox and in two variants, VXi and ZXi. Tata Tiago iCNG

Tata’s Tiago is the most economical CNG vehicle. The hatchback comes with a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder Revotron engine, which is capable of generating 86 Ps of max power and 113 Nm of peak torque. Tata Motors claims a fuel efficiency of 26.49 km/kg. The car comes only with a 5-speed manual gearbox and is offered in four variants. Tiago prices start at Rs 6.30 Lakh ex-showroom and go up to Rs 7.82 Lakh ex-showroom.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

Grand i10 Nios is quite popular due to its features. The hatchback is powered by a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder engine, which generates 83 PS of max power and 113 Nm of peak torque. When running on CNG, the power output drops to 68 bhp and the torque drops to 95 Nm. It is mated to a 5-speed transmission. The car comes in three variants Magna, Sportz and Asta. The car is priced at Rs 7.70 lakh ex-showroom for the Sportz variant and Rs 8.45 lakh ex-showroom for the Asta variant.

Hyundai Aura CNG

The compact CNG sedan Hyundai Aura is quite popular in India as well. The hatchback is powered by the same engine as the Grand i10 Nios. It produces 83 PS of max power and 113 Nm of peak torque. When running on CNG, the power output drops to 68 bhp and the torque drops to 95 Nm. Hyundai Aura CNG comes in two variants. The S is priced at Rs 6.09 lakh ex-showroom, while the SX is priced at Rs 8.57 lakh ex-showroom.
