Haryana Clerk: Jobs of 1178 clerks in danger, next hearing on July 24

Haryana Clerk Recruitment: Clerks were recruited in many departments of Haryana in the year 2020, but later the result of this recruitment was released again and its entire result changed. In this case, it was decided by the government that 1178 clerks should be removed from their jobs, but this was stayed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Now the Punjab and Haryana High Court has again continued the stay on the orders of the government in this matter.

Hearing will be held in July

On the demand of time being given by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), the High Court, while maintaining the interim orders, has decided that the next hearing will be held on July 24. The clerks have now filed a petition on this recruitment saying that the government has ignored the rules laid down in this regard. No show cause notice was given to the clerks for their termination. On April 25, the High Court had directed the commission to prepare and issue the revised merit list for clerk recruitment. Tell that after this order of the High Court, 4798 clerks working in different departments of Haryana Government were affected. All those clerks were recruited in the year 2020.

unfair dismissal

The decision to fire 1178 clerks was taken after the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) released the revised merit list of the result. Challenging that revised result, it was said that three correct answers were considered wrong by the system. Due to this, there was a mistake in preparing the result. Clerks, who have been working for two years, are now being thrown out of their jobs because of this, which is not fair at all.
