Adding to its achievements, Haryana Central University (HKU), Mahendragarh has received the Malviya Mission Teachers Training Center from the University Grants Commission (UGC). Through this centre, training will be provided to teachers working in colleges and universities across the country, so that they can prepare themselves for quality teaching and training as per the guidelines of the National Education Policy-2020. Teachers trained from this center will also be eligible to submit their documents for Career Promotion Scheme (CAS). For this, various levels of training programs will be conducted throughout the year. In which everything from short-term workshops to faculty development programs, induction programs and refresher programs will be conducted.

University Vice Chancellor Prof. Expressing happiness over this achievement, Tankeshwar Kumar said that this center will prove beneficial for the teachers of nearby colleges and universities and will also be helpful in training teachers across the country. The efficiency and prestige of the university will increase through this new centre. Coordinator of Malviya Mission Teachers Center Prof. Pramod Kumar told that the training program on ‘Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education’ will be conducted by the center through online medium from October 19-28, 2023. For which online applications have been invited from interested candidates. This program can be done through application.
